1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IHRAM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.
• If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• In-app purchases require you to be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has used the App, please contact us at hello@thinkingstudio.my.

3. Description of Service

Free Features: Prayer times for holy cities, local prayer times with azan, Qibla compass, zikir counter with auto-rhythm, Hadith of the Day, and Hajj countdown.

Premium Features (My Journey): Full Quran reader (114 surahs, 30 juz), personal Umrah countdown, My Gallery (photo gallery), My Memories (photo diary with custom captions), My Istiqamah daily tracker, Quran Ayat collection, Hafazan memorization tracker, DIY Umrah checklist, Sacred Companion guides, Asmaul Husna, and Zakat calculator.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

4. Purchase Terms

4.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of My Journey Premium. The trial is available once per Apple ID or Google account. No payment is required during the trial. After the trial ends, a one-time purchase is required to continue using Premium features.

4.2 One-Time Lifetime Purchase

Plan	Description
Lifetime Access	A single one-time payment for permanent, lifetime access to all Premium features — no recurring charges, ever.

Pricing varies by region. The final price is displayed in your App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase.

4.3 Payment

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation. This is a one-time, non-recurring charge. There is no automatic renewal.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. We do not process refunds directly. Contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play support.

4.5 Restore Purchase

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchase" option within the App to recover your Lifetime Access at no additional charge.

4.6 Service Continuity

In the event the App is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice. Lifetime Access is tied to the existence of the App — no refunds will be issued in the event the App is discontinued after the store's refund window.

5. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create and store personal content including diary entries, captions, and photos ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all User Content you create.
• Storage: All User Content is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to it.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you create. You agree not to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
• Sharing: If you share User Content externally, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility.
• Sacred Content: We ask that content created within this spiritual application be used respectfully and in accordance with Islamic values.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission; use the App for commercial purposes without written consent; attempt to circumvent the purchase or trial system; or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The IHRAM name, logo, and original content are owned by Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Quranic text and hadith content are in the public domain. You may copy and share individual Quranic verses for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Accuracy & Availability

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it. The App relies on third-party APIs (Aladhan, AlQuran Cloud, Open-Meteo, GoldAPI) that may experience downtime. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, third-party service failures, or natural disasters.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the one-time purchase.

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Summary: your data stays on your device — we do not collect personal information.

13. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Aladhan API, AlQuran Cloud, Open-Meteo, GoldAPI, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions or privacy practices.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your User Content (including diary entries, photos, captions);
• Your misuse of the App or its features;
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party (including intellectual property and privacy rights).

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

15. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Users Only)

If you are using IHRAM on an Apple device, the following terms apply in addition to these Terms. These terms are required by Apple Inc. and supersede any inconsistent provisions of these Terms with respect to the Apple-distributed version of the App.

15.1 Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

15.2 Scope of License

The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, with access via Family Sharing or Volume Purchasing as applicable.

15.3 Maintenance and Support

Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

15.4 Warranty

Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

15.5 Product Claims

You and Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. acknowledge that Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

15.6 Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

15.7 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15.9 Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.

15.10 Third-Party Beneficiary

You and Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend your access to Premium features if you violate these Terms. Your Lifetime Access remains valid as long as your Apple ID or Google account is in good standing and the App is available.

18. Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance

The App is subject to the export control laws of Malaysia and may be subject to the export laws of other countries. You agree not to export or transfer the App to any country, person, or entity subject to trade sanctions under applicable law, including those administered by OFAC (US), the United Nations, or the European Union. By using the App, you confirm you are not located in, or a national of, any sanctioned country, and are not listed on any sanctions list.

19. Compliance with Local Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The App is available globally, but we make no representation that it is appropriate or legally available in all territories.

20. Waiver

No failure or delay by Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in exercising any right or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude further exercise of that right.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms in whole or in part to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

22. Survival

The provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: User-Generated Content, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Privacy, Indemnification, Apple-Specific Terms, Export Controls, Severability, Entire Agreement, and Governing Law.

23. Headings & Interpretation

Section headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. "Include," "includes," and "including" shall be construed as if followed by "without limitation."

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thinking Studio (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. with respect to the App, superseding all prior agreements.

26. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
