1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IHRAM ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Free Features: Prayer times, Quran reader (114 surahs, 30 juz), zikir counter, Qibla compass, Hadith of the Day, Hajj countdown, azan and notifications.

Premium Features (My Journey): Umrah countdown, DIY Umrah checklist, Sacred Companion guides, curated Quran verses, Asmaul Husna, Istiqamah tracker, Zakat calculator, and Memory Lane photo diary.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of My Journey Premium. The trial is available once per device. No payment is required during the trial.

3.2 Plans & Pricing

Prices may vary by region. Final pricing is displayed in your store.

3.3 Billing & Renewal

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your device's store settings. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission, or attempt to circumvent the subscription system.

5. Intellectual Property

The IHRAM name, logo, and original content are owned by Thinking Studio Sdn Bhd. Quranic text and hadith content are in the public domain.

6. Religious Content Disclaimer

          Important: IHRAM is a spiritual companion tool, not a religious authority. The App does not issue fatwas or religious rulings. Prayer times are calculated estimates. The Qibla compass is approximate. For definitive guidance, consult qualified Islamic scholars.
        

7. Accuracy & Availability

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it. The App relies on third-party APIs that may experience downtime. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for subscription in the 12 months preceding a claim.

9. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Summary: your data stays on your device.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
